Two New Doctors Join Shore Orthopaedic University Associates

SOMERS POINT – Shore Orthopaedic University Associates, Drs. McCloskey, Zabinski, DeMorat, Islinger, Alber, Barrett and Fox, welcome Dr. Frederick G. Dalzell and Dr. Stanley C. Marczyk to the team. Both physicians, formerly of Atlantic Shore Orthopedic Associates in Northfield, joined the practice as of June 1.

Dalzell is board-certified as an orthopaedic surgeon by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dalzell has a special interest in sports injuries, including arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder, as well as knee ligament reconstruction and complex fractures, according to the organization. His expertise includes partial and total knee replacements and revision surgery.

Marczyk is board-certified as an orthopaedic surgeon by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Marczyk has completed a Fellowship in hand surgery and earned a Certificate of Added Qualification for Surgery of the Hand. He specializes in surgery of the hand and upper extremity, including microscopic nerve and tendon surgery, arthroscopic wrist and elbow surgery, total wrist and total elbow replacement, and joint replacements in the hand, according to the practice.

“Shore Orthopaedic University Associates has maintained a leadership role in southern New Jersey over the past 30 years,” reads a statement from the practice, which states that their experienced doctors provide state-of-the-art orthopaedic care to their patients including arthroscopic surgery, joint replacement, reconstructive surgery, minimally invasive surgery, hand surgery, sports medicine, orthopaedic trauma care and fracture care.
